Boîte ancienne Chocolat Menier en laiton gauffré – Style Louis XVI – Intérieur tissu - fin XIXe

Menier chocolate box in embossed brass – Louis XVI style – late 19th century

Antique "CHOCOLAT MENIER" advertising tin, cylindrical in shape, made of embossed brass in the Louis XVI style.

The exterior features a finely crafted relief design and a central cartouche stamped "CHOCOLAT MENIER".

The lid is decorated with a protected illustrated design, and the interior is lined with fabric to protect the contents. The underside of the lid is also stamped "CHOCOLAT MENIER".

This type of brass tin was not standard packaging and was originally used for presenting or storing chocolates or confectionery, while also serving as a decorative and advertising item. They were often "gift" boxes or limited-edition tins sold for holidays (Christmas or Easter), intended for later reuse as jewelry boxes, sewing boxes, or trinket boxes on a dressing table.

Good condition, showing signs of age and wear consistent with the object's age. The interior lining is present, with normal wear consistent with age. The photos are an integral part of the description.

For collectors of advertising memorabilia or simply lovers of retro decor, this chocolate box will be a perfect addition.

International shipping. Fast delivery with careful packaging and reinforced protection.
