Pyrogen well

Old bronze pyrogen, representing a well.
 The pyrogens were formerly used as match holder, and were provided with a scraper which was used to ignite the match, very useful before the generalization of the lighters. Here, the scraper is located on the wheel.
 In good condition with a nice brown patina, traces of age.
