Old gilded bronze statue representing Krishna, one of the avatars of the Hindu god Vishnu playing the flute. He wears a posture upright, weight resting on the left leg, and the right leg slightly bent with a strong hip sway. This very feminine posture symbolizes the union of the two masculine and feminine aspects.

Vishnu is one of the gods of the trinity and is considered one of the most important deities in the Hindu religion.
