Saint statuette, H21.5cm, Marseille statuary Auguste Pellegrini, 20th century

Old plaster statuette of a saint to be identified, represented standing with hands in prayer under the chin. Signed at the bottom, it is a mold from the Tuscan-born Marseille statuary, Auguste Pellegrini. Many of his works can be found in churches throughout Provence and Corsica.
 
Original beige patina. In its original state, with traces of age and wear. Photos are an integral part of the description.
