All content published and made available on this site is the property of CURIOS and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, texts, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything else that contributes to the composition of this site.

When you create an account on our site, you accept the following:
1- that you are solely responsible for your account and its security and confidentiality, including any passwords or sensitive information attached to it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you use our site illegally or violate the acceptable use policy.

SALE OF GOODS
This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.
The goods we offer are pre-owned.
The goods related to this document are the goods that are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. Any information, descriptions or images we provide about our goods are described and presented as accurately as possible. You understand that these are used goods and you agree to purchase these goods in the condition in which they are found.

 

 

PAYMENTS
We accept payment by Credit Card and Paypal.
When you provide us with your payment details, you are confirming that you have authorised the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe that your payment has violated any law or any of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
Products are sent to the delivery address indicated in the order process. In the event of an error in the address, CURIOS cannot be held responsible if the products cannot be delivered.

The order will be dispatched between 1 and 7 working days after validation of the order. These times are given for information only.
CURIOS undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail when the parcel has been dispatched.

 

 

1- Colissimo :
2 to 6 days for delivery: this delivery time is taken into account when the parcel is handed over to the Post Office - times given for information only.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the final destination of the shipment.

2- In-store collection:
It is also possible to pick up your order at the CURIOS boutique 2 rue de l'Évêché 13002 MARSEILLE. The customer will be notified by email of the availability of his order, within 1 and 7 working days after validation of the order.
This method of collecting goods is free of charge, so the customer will only pay the price of the items ordered and no other delivery charges.
